The Fredrick Group, Inc. was incorporated in September 2008 by Edward F. Perez, in order to better serve the people of South Florida and the communities in which they live.

With over 10 years property management and 18 years Real Estate experience, our presence in the industry has been one of quality service. The Fredrick Group, manages Condominium Associations, Homeowner Associations, as well as commercial properties and absentee owner property.
We provide results driven solutions in the administration of large and small communities and customize our management model to suit the specific needs of each association.
